摘要: Aspects of the invention are directed to a method forming graphene structures. Initially, cluster particles is received. The comprises plurality with each particle in contacting one or more other particles. Subsequently, layers deposited on comprising graphene. then etched away without substantially etching layers. Lastly, remaining dried. resultant structures particularly resistant negative effects aggregation and compaction.
