摘要: Abstract Solid solution ceramics of the system x Pb(Yb 1/2 Nb )O 3 – y PbTiO z PbZrO , where =0·1–0·8, =0·1–0·7, and x+y+z =1, were prepared by solid state reaction powder materials. Ceramic, dielectric piezoelectric properties crystal structures studied. The is composed three phases at room temperature: monoclinic, tetragonal rhombohedral. Sintering much easier than that each end compositions well sintered obtained for near structural transformation boundary. Piezoelectric with high electric permittivities, radial coupling coefficient, k r low mechanical quality factor transformation. composition ) 0·1 Ti 0·48 Zr 0·42 O showed highest 0·61.
