摘要: The design of template-free hollow microspheres in a very short period time will be great importance to save energy and allow rapid production. We succeeded the synthesis precursor material via supercritical solvothermal method followed by subsequent heating obtain Tb:Y2O3 microspheres. prepared was actually composed Y(OH)3 Y(OH)CO3 phases. seemed formed through aggregation nanoparticles under conditions. formation mechanism present is Ostwald ripening process. Effects reaction temperature pH starting solution were investigated understand effect on Well-shaped showed strong green emission at 540 nm 304 light excitation. doping concentrations calcinations investigated.
