Experimental study on the theraputic effect of crescent Euphorbia on lewis lung cancer in mice

摘要: OBJECTIVE To observe the inhibitory effects of crescent euphorbia on tumor growth, immunoregulation, side effect mice blood system, cell cycle and to investigate its apoptosis cells. METHOD Crescent was administered gastrally C57BL/6J mouse implanted with Lewis lung cancer for 12 days. Inhibition immunoregulation,the system were observed cells investigated. RESULT (1) Inhibitory rates at doses 7.5, 15, 30 g x kg(-1) 60 0.61%, 16.93%, 32.81% 58.26% respectively, significant differenel those controls kg(-1)(P < 0.05). (2) Although no thymus index in normal all dose found, spleen tumor-bear reduced significantly (3) No miceblood found.
