摘要: Infant feeding responsiveness: a conceptual analysis Background. The phenomenon of infant responsiveness to the caregiver during interactions has been interest researchers for many years, because its associated implications child growth and development. Although studies have examined in caregiver–infant dyads, it is infrequently inconsistently defined literature. Specific Aims. The purpose this paper clarify concept through provision working definition further study usage. Methods. Medline, CINAHL, PschInfo databases from year 1970 present were searched English articles containing keywords ‘infant’, ‘feeding’, ‘responsiveness’, ‘synchrony’, and/or ‘interaction’. Articles selected inclusion according whether or not was assessed. Walker Avant’s (1995) method analysis employed development defining attributes, case examples, antecedents, consequences clarification responsiveness. Findings. Infant as manifestation physiologically influenced visual, expressive, vocal motor reactive behaviours expressed by an reaction caregiver’s attempts, indicating readiness feed. Conclusions. Implications nursing are explored well need refinement measures concept.
