Detection and occurrence of indicator organisms and pathogens.

摘要: This review summarizes the literature pertaining to occurrence and detection of indicator organisms pathogens published during 2014. It is organized into following sections: i) quantification fecal indicators waterborne pathogens, ii) microbial source tracking (MST) using genotypic phenotypic methods, iii) antibiotic resistant bacteria (ARB), iv) live vs. dead cell differentiation v) next generation sequencing (NGS).
