摘要: : The scientific progress in microfluidics and the technical development of microfluidic-enabled devices for diagnostic applications have led to a significant growth industrial interest bringing such systems into market. In this review, we discuss underlying technological challenges present microfluidic that integrate all steps molecular diagnostics workflow, example. We variety examples how different types pathogen analyses are carried out using chips. Different chip-based methods as polymerase chain reaction (PCR) or immunoassays discussed detail. An overview on existing commercial solutions complements these examples.
