摘要: Background: Porous-coated cups have been widely used in acetabular reconstruction after failed treatment of fractures, and good results reported with the use these cups; however, durability functionality modular trabecular metal (TM) components fractures remain unclear. This study aimed to examine radiographic clinical outcomes associated TM for assess fractures. Methods: A total 41 patients (41 hips) underwent hip arthroplasty (THA) using at our hospital between January 2007 December 2012. Among patients, two were lost follow-up. Therefore, 39 (39 finally included this study. The Harris score before surgery, satisfaction level assessed. Results: mean increased from 34 (range, 8–52) surgery 91 22–100) latest follow-up examination ( P Conclusions: Despite technically demanding nature procedure, THA showed may be an effective option
