摘要: In the present work frequency of micronuclei (MN) in exfoliated buccal cells 120 healthy individuals with relation to sex, age and smoking was investigated. Neither nor sex showed any effect on level micronuclei. Smoking has shown a significant upon basal DNA damage. study calculated background (per mille) oral epithelial 50 smokers 70 non-smokers were 1.50 (+/-0.47) 0.55 (+/-0.32), respectively.
