摘要: Abstract We have studied in rats behavioural functions modulated by GABA areas related to basal ganglia and limbic system. In substantia nigra, zona reticulata (SNR) muscimol, THIP other agonists induce dopamine-independent stimulation, stereotyped behaviour antagonism of neuroleptica induced catalepsy. SNR may represent the output system striatum globus pallidus. compacta (SNC) muscimol weak ipsilateral asymmetry circling after SC apomorphine. Muscimol dopamine dependent increase locomotion, aggression food intake ventral tegmental area (VTA) containing cell bodies A10 dopaminergic giving rise mesocortical and—limbic pathways. dorsal raphe serotonin stimulated locomotion eating behaviour. Contrastingly injected pallidus sedative/cataleptic ventromedial striatum, nucleus accumbens antagonized apomorphine/dopamine locomotion. all we found regional topographical differences on effects.
