摘要: The aim of this study was to present overall lipid profile organisms with ongoing neoplastic process and applied diet supplementation pomegranate seed oil (PSO) bitter melon extract (BME). following were quantified in serum cancerous tissues rats suffering from mammary tumours: fatty acids, conjugated acids sterols, their oxidised metabolites (malondialdehyde oxysterols) lipoxygenase (LOX) polyunsaturated acids. obtained results indicate that abnormalities metabolism accompany process. These differences concern all classes lipids most pathways transformation, the special emphasis on peroxidation LOX-mediated metabolism. Cancer appears be so detrimental it may conceal positive influence dietary modifications. lack anticarcinogenic properties PSO BME model due antioxidant or elevated levels linoleic (CLA), which change CLA isomer activity anti- pro-tumorigenic. As are product linolenic (CLnA) endogenous metabolism, high explained by enrichment.
