摘要: Abstract [8- 14 C]ATP was incorporated by a rat-liver nuclear preparation into acid-insoluble material in the presence of NMN. Experiments using variously labeled ATP and NMN or NAD revealed that ADP-ribose moiety reaction product. formed from an immediate precursor The involving incorporation had optimum pH 8 required neither divalent cation nor sulfhydryl compound. effectively inhibited nicotinamide but not isonicotinic acid hydrazide. contribution NADase nuclei towards this enzymatic activity suggested.
