摘要: Abstract The structure of barium oxide films on the (0001) face rhenium has been investigated by techniques low energy electron diffraction (LEED) and contact potential difference method in a wide range coverages. changes surface BaO have observed after annealing at various temperatures. It was shown that orientation depended essentially interaction with substrate. result this equivalent to oxidation rhenium. This fact confirmed experiments adsorption an oxidized structures heating high temperatures (900°–1000°C) seem be formed products chemical (rhenates).
