摘要: In this paper, we have analyzed the behavior of antibody cross-linked raft-associated proteins on surface MDCK cells. We observed that cross-linking membrane gave different results depending whether occurred apical or basolateral plasma membrane. Whereas induced formation large clusters membrane, resembling those fibroblasts (Harder, T., P. Scheiffele, Verkade, and K. Simons. 1998. J. Cell Biol. 929-942), only small ( approximately 100 nm) formed Cross-linked raft e.g., GPI-anchored placental alkaline phosphatase (PLAP), influenza hemagglutinin, gp114 coclustered were internalized slowly 10% after 60 min). Endocytosis through invaginations corresponded in size to caveolae labeled with caveolin-1 antibodies. Upon cholesterol depletion internalization PLAP was completely inhibited. contrast, when a non-raft protein, mutant LDL receptor LDLR-CT22, cross-linked, it excluded from rapidly via clathrin-coated pits. Since are normally present but lacking side, our data demonstrate caveolae, which proteins.
