摘要: The microstructure of coevaporated Nb 3 Ge films was studied by means transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Large area inspection this material with reproducible high T c shows two kinds grains sized about 200 A and 1000 in diameter, respectively, an overall average size 600 to 800 A. Images various lattice defects could be seen, especially a large amount low angle boundaries different types characteristic moire patterns. Two states the 5 phase have been revealed dark field imaging: lamellar granular structure. - Some resolution structure images are shown.
