摘要: Primary spinal primitive neuroectodermal tumors (PNETs) are rare tumors. Most of these occur in children and young adults. To date, 47 cases primary PNET have been reported the literature. These highly aggressive with rapid growth. Review literature shows that overall prognosis PNETs cord is very poor even adequate surgery, radiotherapy chemotherapy. All to date reviewed terms surgical treatment, adjuvant therapy outcome experience two described. Both were thoracic extradural ones intrathoracic extension through intervertebral foramina resembling neurofibroma. underwent gross total removal intraspinal component. Post-operatively both cranio-spinal radiotherapy. One patient died after a post-operative period 4 months other one still alive 8
