摘要: Purpose – Given the seeming lack of research on influence stakeholder activities organisations such as political parties in online environment, purpose this paper is to empirically investigate how use their web sites serve and manage relationships with stakeholders.Design/methodology/approach This a qualitative paper, which cross‐national comparative analysis has been conducted four illustrative cases. Personal interviews site observations were used main data collection methods. Three concurrent flows activities, i.e. reduction, display, conclusion drawing, have applied analysis.Findings The indicate that stakeholders served by studied can be grouped into two categories: internal external. also revealed another very important group overlooked previous studies core party members.Originality/value –...
