摘要: Dolichous biflorus Linn. Popularly known as kulthi belongs to family fabaceae. It is also by its medicinal properties, it one of the most effective ayurvedic medicines for treating kidney stones. Its diuretic, anthelminthic properties make an ideal drug urinary and digestive disorders. Pharmacognistical standardization seed has been carried out in present study. The study includes macroscopic evaluation along with estimation physicochemical parameters, preliminary phytochemical screening, total phenolics flavonoids well fingerprint profile HPTLC, HPLC GCMS.
