摘要: Purpose: to develop a system for monitoring the level of special preparedness cyclists (specialized in individual race 4 km) on basis indicators cardiorespiratory system. Material: The study involved bicyclists (n=14, age 18-22 years). Results: step-increasing load full allows determine maximum functional opportunities body cyclists. coefficient efficiency functioning cardiovascular is equal ratio average distance value pulse pulse. Using linear regression equation, it possible predict magnitude at given speed movement. Conclusions: It find out characteristics athletes with help an indicator effectiveness One can compare activity different qualifications, groups, gender, preparedness. degree realization functionality calculated by formula and serves monitor training competitive process. results studies make result evaluating physical preparation.
