摘要: Secretory proteins were identified in the venoms of two solitary hunting wasps, Eumenes pomiformis and Orancistrocerus drewseni, by SDS-PAGE conjunction with mass analysis. More than 30 protein bands (2-300 kDa) detected from crude venom each wasp. With aid previously constructed gland/sac-specific EST libraries, a total 31 20 18 to distinctive E. O. drewseni venoms, respectively. Arginine kinase was most predominant both wasp venoms. Along full-length arginine kinase, truncated form, which known have paralytic activity on spider, common Insulin/insulin-like peptide-binding abundantly found only venom, might be due its unique behaviors oviposition provision. The presence various immune response-related antioxidants suggested that wasps use their maintain prey fresh while feeding larvae protecting microbial invasion physiological stresses. It seemed some are secreted into fluid gland cells via exosomes, not signal sequence-mediated transport processes.
