摘要: Education on sleep hygiene improves knowledge. However, the literature shows that improvements in adolescents’ behaviour are less convincing. We developed an educational intervention for 6th graders based self-determination theory and evaluated this program a pre-post-design with control group. Pre-test was one week before intervention, POST1 directly afterwards, POST2 delay of week, POST3 after six weeks. Morningness positively correlated good practice. The increased pupils’ theoretical knowledge about practices. their actual practices did only improve short-term period but then became worse. suggest interventions might be longer should last over whole school year
