摘要: Abstract Global competitive pressures force companies to employ more sustainable, integrated, and productive manufacturing technologies systems. While high performance machining processes are considered be important enablers, their reliable assessment depends on the availability of suitable measurement data. In this context power monitoring allows for quantification energy efficiency, curbing expensive peak use, control process stability. The high-performance however is challenging can benefit from high-frequency, high-sensitivity devices. This research paper provides a basic introduction into three phase discusses advantages high-frequency monitoring. Challenges faced when deploying systems in industrial settings outlined. Several case studies explore phenomena not detectable by conventional approaches investigate resulting improvements accuracy.
