摘要: The Hartree-Fock instability against charge or spin density wave is examined as a function of the band filling for quasi-two-dimensional tight binding electrons in tetragonal symmetry. It found that existence can be confined to region close half-filling. implication present result discussed context high Tc superconductor, (La1-xMx)2CuO4, and it indicated ground state very small value x will (SDW) superconductivity stabilized above some critical order 0.01.
