摘要: Lastly, there are growing evidences that nanosilver (NS) particles highly induce cytotoxic impacts in vitro and vivo. Here, we analyzed the dose dependent effect of NS on histological changes, biochemical alterations endocrine statuses, sperm parameters as well chaperone Hsp70-2 expression. (50-60nm) were administrated 3 doses 0.5, 1 5mg/kg, intraperitoneally, for 35 days. The 0.3mL normal saline was control-sham group. Histological alterations, parameters, serum levels LH, FSH testosterone evaluated. Germinal Leydig cells RNA damage, steroidogenic foci, testicular total antioxidant capacity (TAC), malondialdehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (NO) levels, immunohistochemical (IHC) expression mRNA level analyzed. NS, dependently, resulted enhanced germinal degeneration, necrosis, seminiferous tubules atrophy decreased testosterone. Elevated damage associated with increased abnormalities observed NS-treated groups. Expression up-regulated 0.5mg/kg, while its 5mg/kg Testicular TAC reduced. However, MDA NO significantly (P<0.05) all No changes detected In conclusion, exert their pathological impact via affecting which turn lead to diminished Hsp70-2. Ultimately, by this mechanism adversely cellular RNA, DNA protein contents.
