Malignant Lymphoma Complicating Sjögren's Syndrome

摘要: Summary: This report describes a patient with rheumatoid arthritis, Felty's syndrome and Sjogren's who developed malignant lymphoma of histiocytic (reticulum cell) type. Serum salivary duct antibodies the gland histology were demonstrated before clinical features appeared. As developed, autoantibodies factor disappeared from serum immunoglobulin levels declined. The successful response to drug therapy was accompanied by recovery return factor. spectrum lymphoproliferation, benign malignant, seen in factors that may be important transformation are briefly discussed.
