摘要: Bevezetes: Az orszagos kiterjedesű, szervezett emlőszűresi program 2002 januarjaban indult el Magyarorszagon a 45–65 ev kozotti nők szamara 2 eves szűresi intervallummal. Celkitűzes: A dolgozat celja 2008–2009. evi reszveteli mutatoinak meghatarozasa. Modszer: elemzesben szereplő adatok az Orszagos Egeszsegbiztositasi Penztar finanszirozasi adatbazisabol szarmaznak. koreben meghatarozasra kerult azok aranya, akik 4. ciklusaban (2008–2009) akar szűresi, diagnosztikai celu kepalkoto emlővizsgalaton vettek reszt. Eredmenyek: emlőfelvetelen reszt aranya (atszűrtseg) 2000–2001-es 7,6%-rol 2008–2009-es ciklusban 31,2%-ra emelkedett. diagnosztikus (atvizsgaltsag) pedig ugyanezen időszakokban 20,2%-rol 20,4%-ra nőtt. lefedettseg (atszűrtseg + atvizsgaltsag) ennek megfelelően szűres hatasara 2...
