摘要: Epilepsy is a chronic disease that can cause temporary brain dysfunction as result of sudden abnormal discharge the neurons. The seizure mechanism epilepsy closely related to neurotransmitter imbalance, synaptic recombination, and glial cell proliferation. In addition, epileptic seizures lead mitochondrial damage, oxidative stress, disorder sugar degradation. Although research has reached up genetic level, presently available treatment recovery records does not seem promising. Recently, natural medicines have attracted more researches owing their low toxicity side-effects well excellent efficacy, especially in diseases. this study, antiepileptic bioactive components drugs was reviewed so provide reference for development potential drugs. Based on different mechanisms considered review, it possible select clinically. Improving accuracy medication cure rate expected compensate shortage conventional
