摘要: Plasma-polymerized films were formed on flat glass plates using allylamine, acrylic acid, acrolein, and allyl-cyanide as monomers. Adsorption of immunoglobulin G (IgG), F(ab') 2 -IgG, Fc-IgG human serum albumin (HSA) these plasma-polymerized anti commercially available polymer usually used substrata for immunoassay was measured. Here, -IgC are fragments IgG. The adsorption isotherm followed the Langmuir equation, from which binding constant saturation estimated. We found that in general, a cationic surface has higher affinity protein than an anionic surface. Among surfaces examined, allylamine showed highest capacity -IgG. From data, diameters area occupied by adsorbed proteins calculated assuming monolayer film. Comparing values with molecular size we inferred F(ab)' -IgG took close-packed ''end-on'' orientation while it side-on acid.
