摘要: Poor prognosis for late-stage, high-grade, and recurrent cancers has been motivating cancer researchers to search more efficient biomarkers identify the onset of cancer. Recent advances in constructing dynamically analyzing biomolecular networks different types have provided a promising novel strategy detect tumorigenesis metastasis. The observation associated with normal cancerous states led us hypothesize that correlations gene expressions could serve as valid indicators early development. In this pilot study, we tested our hypothesis by examining whether mRNA three randomly selected cancer-related genes PIK3C3, PIM3, PTEN were correlated during progression correlation coefficients be used diagnosis. Strong (0.68 ≤ r 1.0) observed between PIK3C3 PIM3 breast cancer, ovary cancers, breast, kidney, liver, thyroid disease progression, implicating network supplement current clinical biomarkers, such antigens,
