摘要: The seminonparametric (SNP) method, popular in the econometrics literature, is proposed for use population pharmacokinetic analysis. For data that can be described by nonlinear mixed effects model, method produces smooth nonparametric estimates of entire random density and simultaneous fixed maximum likelihood. A graphical modelbuilding strategy based on SNP described. methods are illustrated a analysis plasma levels 136 patients undergoing oral quinidine therapy.
