摘要: Abstract Ethnopharmacological relevance Ephedra sinica (Ma Huang) has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for more than 5000 years treatment of various conditions, including modern-day obesity. as a supplement weight loss and its effects have reported. The current study investigated the influence ephedra on composition gut microbiota, correlation with loss. Materials methods Clinical data subjects were measured at pre- post-intake (4 g water extract, roughly equivalent 24 g crude herb), analysis alteration microbiota was performed simultaneously using 16S rRNA gene based pyrosequencing.
