摘要: Abstract This article describes the probable impacts of electric vehicles on utilities which will provide their electricity. It draws results a recent case study Southern California Edison Company. The system if millions were to appear in southern over next 20 years are described, and conditions under findings may be transferred outside explained. paper concludes by discussing effect incentives that utility company or state might promote sale vehicles.
