摘要: Abstract Urbanization constitutes a key issue for global economic development, especially in developing countries, not least because this process is placing increasing pressure on the eco-environment. A better understanding of coupling relationship between urbanization-environment system therefore profound significance. Thus, present paper investigates relation account data collected from World Bank 209 countries and regions all over world, year 2014. We established an integrated evaluation index dynamic coordination degree (CCD) model order to conduct empirical study. The main results are following: (1) Economic urbanization heaviest factors sub-system, so does eco-environment level eco-environmental these 2 have decisive function realizing coordinated development eco-environment; (2) CCD values vary widely regions, both quantitatively spatially. At continental scale, indicate that “utmost development” phase has been reached, at scales, classification into 4 evolution stages indicated pattern “more middle less ends” (with exception Europe South America). Further, displayed “higher northern hemisphere lower southern; higher western eastern” spatial distribution pattern, while patterns varied continents; (3) Whilst income levels do maintain linear with CCD, they remains important determinant—higher tend more harmonious relationship, opposite. findings study would be useful identify geographical globally, assisting promotion realization sustainable goals future.
