Transportation infrastructures in the coastal area are especially vulnerable to flood impacts from storm surge, sea level rise, intense precipitation, so on. infrastructure maintenance retrofit plan should give priority critical whose failure will have important on network performance. In order better inform decision makers of criticality transportation case flooding, this study explores an accessibility-based prioritization methodology identify rank under flooding risks. particular, evaluates network-wide based increase travel cost taking traffic congestion, trip cancellation, location importance into account.
