摘要: Although considerable advances have been made in the understanding of Cushing's syndrome recent past, many difficulties persist diagnosis and management patients with hypercortisolism. Precision differentiation its various forms gradually improved, but a substantial number cases laboratory or radiologic findings that can be misleading at least difficult to interpret. Furthermore, other conditions may mimic add diagnostic difficulties. Surgical extirpation primary adrenal lesions cause hypercortisolism neoplasms responsible for ectopic production adrenocorticotropic hormone remains treatment choice these problems. Currently, transsphenoidal surgical exploration is disease.
