摘要: Abstract The electromagnetic dipole strength in Be 11 between the bound states has been measured using low-energy projectile Coulomb excitation at bombarding energies of 1.73 and 2.09 MeV/nucleon on a Pt 196 target. An electric transition probability B ( E 1 ; / 2 − → + ) = 0.102 e fm was determined semi-classical code Gosia, value 0.098 4 Extended Continuum Discretized Coupled Channels method with quantum mechanical FRESCO. These extracted values are consistent average by model-dependent analysis intermediate energy measurements approximately 14 % lower than that lifetime measurement. much-improved precisions 2% 4% deduced Gosia method, respectively, compared to previous accuracy ∼ 10 will help our understanding better improve realistic inter-nucleon interactions.
