摘要: How can health professionals, especially those working in busy environments, foster hope and communicate effectively therapeutically with patients at the end of their lives? Many authors agree that failure to comprehend essence what are communicating, either verbally or non-verbally, adversely affect level support professionals offer, risks increasing patients' suffering isolation, leaving them feeling hopeless. Anxiety fear frequently invoke hopelessness often cause reject advice important information given by clinicians. This article focuses on importance therapeutic communication sustaining for life.
