摘要: Individual neurons express receptors for several different growth factors that influence the survival, growth, neurotransmitter phenotype, and other properties of cell. Although there has been considerable progress in elucidating molecular signal transduction pathways physiological responses cells to individual factors, little is known about if how signals from are integrated within a neuron. In this study, we determined interactive effects nerve factor, insulin-like factor 1, epidermal on activation status downstream kinase cascades transcription cell production neural all three factors. We document differences quality quantity intracellular signaling eventual phenotypic dependent whether exposed single or multiple Dual stimulations generated greatest antagonistic synergistic actions, compared with theoretically neutral summation their two activities, yielded largest change neuronal phenotype indicated by ability produce norepinephrine resist oxidative stress. Combined 1 was particularly notable interactions at some levels production, but potentiation cytoprotection. Our findings suggest true settings where present, one receptor type may result observed typical experimental paradigms which only time.
