摘要: Aberrant ganglion cell morphogenesis associated with the ophthalmic placode was observed within epidermis of chick embryo at stages 20 through 26. This process studied using immunohistochemistry and scanning transmission electron microscopy. Clusters cells were covered by seen as epidermal nodules distributed diffusely in supraorbital region. The clusters found these not delineated basement membrane from epidermis, provisionally termed ectopic ganglia. bodies ganglia possessed neurites containing microtubules neurofilament protein. also immunoreactive to monoclonal antibodies, E/C8 HNK-1, indicating neuronal phenotypes. often nerve or its branches well being ectoderm. seemed represent delayed gangliogenesis a part which failed detach ectoderm during formation.
