摘要: The congenital dermal sinus is an abnormal epithelium-lined tract between the skin surface and deeper tissues. It occurs during neurulation when neural groove closes to form tube on Day 26 of gestation results from a failure neuroectoderm separate cutaneous ectoderm. most frequent location lumbosacral area; upper thoracic quite rare. This 37-year-old man presented with headache numbness in both arms. No specific neurological findings were observed. Physical examination revealed dimple at T-2. Radiography magnetic resonance imaging spine spina bifida T1–3, meningocele, complex. treatment approach outcome this unusual case are presented.
