摘要: Envelope protein of coronaviruses is a structural existing in both monomeric and homo-pentameric form. It has been related to multitude roles including virus infection, replication, dissemination immune response stimulation. In the present study, we employed an immunoinformatic approach investigate major immunogenic domains SARS-CoV-2 envelope map them among homologue proteins with tropism for animal species that are closely inter-related human beings population all over world. Also, when not available, predicted folding mapped epitopes. sequences alignment provides evidence high sequence homology some investigated specimens; while mapping epitopes resulted interesting maintenance epitope localization also scoring lower score. line One-Health approach, our evidences provide molecular rationale potential role taxonomically conferring protection from infection identifying candidates development diagnostic tools prophylactic-oriented strategies.
