摘要: Gastric cancer development follows the pathologic pattern such that chronic inflammation in gastric mucosa progressively transforms normal into atrophy, intestinal metaplasia, adenoma/dysplasia and eventually invasive metastatic tumors. The accumulation of multiple genetic epigenetic alterations leads to dysregulation oncogenes tumor suppressors, which was considered as driver behind events during tumorigenesis. Almost all cancers are adenocarcinomas, share considerable heterogeneity with distinct morphology, pathogenesis clinical behavior. Therefore, identifying subtypes molecular features will be beneficial for early identification selection new effective agents targeted treatment. High-throughput sequencing techniques whole genomic, epigenome transcriptome proteomics platforms have identified major genomic characteristics exhibit prognostic impacts response patterns. In this article, authors aim summarize information regarding most promising molecules may application non-invasive biomarkers therapy targets.
