摘要: The need for 3D diffeomorphic matching of unlabeled point sets arises in numerous registration and shape analysis oriented biomedical imaging applications. correspondence problem coupled with the estimating a diffeomorphism space makes it very difficult problem. In present work, we show that joint clustering estimation strategy is capable simultaneously correspondences to interpolate two sets. Correspondence established between cluster centers. Cluster centers having same labels are always correspondence. Essentially, as evolve during iterations an incremental EM algorithm, estimate space. approach completely symmetric w.r.t. inversion being matched. We demonstrate our on hippocampal data.
