摘要: The influence of porosity on the degradation rate poly(L-lactic acid) (PLLA) films was investigated in vitro and vivo. Non-porous, porous “combi” (porous with a non-porous layer) PLLA were used. Changes Mw, Mn, polydispersity (Mw/Mn) ratio, melting temperature (Tm), heat fusion, tensile strength, E-modulus, mass remaining surface area cross-sections measured. In general, during process, film has highest Mw/Mn ratio Tm, while lowest. contrast, fusion values observed for film, indicating presence relatively smaller molecules forming crystalline domains more easily. strength E-modulus decrease faster than those combi film. None three types showed massive loss nor significant polymer light microscopical sections Heavy erosion layer after 180 days, turning into This is also indicated by changes Mw/Mn, Tm as function time. It concluded that degrades PLLA. Thus, our model, an important determinant films.
