摘要: Platinum/yttria-stabilized zirconia (Pt/YSZ) porous ceramics were prepared by sintering of the Pt/PMMA/YSZ stripe-like membrane with a porogen spherical polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and precursor platinum (Pt) chloroplatinic acid. The microstructure raw processed material Pt/ZrO2 calcination process at different temperatures investigated. results showed that spherically structure Pt/YSZ was observed temperature below 400 °C due to thermal decomposition PMMA. However, pores shrunk about 35% in diameter when YSZ compacts sintered 1,450 °C. In addition, can be retained content Pt <5% then gradually merged into changing increased 50%. relative density from 42% 90% open porosity decreased 60% 10% added 5% 80%. change for is migration composites. preferential coalescence proceeded 500 °C clusters keep stable until up 900 °C. growth particle hindered scattering phase.
