摘要: Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) is one of the most important pathogens in swine industry, causing failure sows disorders piglets. Glycosylated protein 5 (GP5) a major envelope virus. It essential for particle assembly involved viral pathogenesis. In present study, we identified host cellular proteins that interact with GP5 by performing immunoprecipitation MARC-145 cells infected recombinant PRRSV containing FLAG-tag insertion GP5. total, 122 were LC-MS/MS. Gene Ontology KEGG databases used to map these different processes, locations functions. Interestingly, 10.24% process translation. Follow up experiments demonstrated expression transfected led inhibition translation reporter genes. Interaction between ATP synthase subunit alpha (ATP5A) was further confirmed co-immunoprecipitation suggesting possible role regulation production cells. These data contribute better understanding GP5's pathogenesis virus-host interactions.
