摘要: The history of major liver resection has evolved from primitive amputations for trauma to extended hepatectomies performed with minimal blood loss and morbidity. An understanding hepatic segmental anatomy through the works Glisson, Couinaud, others led modern era hepatobiliary surgery. In addition, advances in methods parenchymal transection, vascular control, studies on regeneration have increased safety hepatectomy.
