摘要: Broilers fed diets with reduced amino acid levels may be limiting in isoleucine. Because research addressing daily Ile needs for broiler immunity is sparse, responses female broilers were evaluated 2 experiments from 30 to 42 d of age. Cellular and humoral varying deficient adequate. Pen was the experimental unit both experiments. Treatments experiment 1 consisted (0.42 vs. 0.72% total diet) 3 strains broilers, Arbor Acres+, Ross 508, 708 (6 treatments; 5 pens each). In 1, measurements of: a cutaneous basophil hypersensitivity test phytohemagglutinin-P (PHA-P) on 37 38; cell quantification CD4+, CD8+, BU-1+ lymphocytes at 41 42; relative immune organ weights d. No x strain interaction occurred. Feeding an Ile-deficient diet suppressed mediated response PHA-P, thymus weight percentage CD8+ T cells. There no significant differences between strains. 2, gradations (0.42, 0.50, 0.58, 0.66, 0.74, 0.82% one (Ross 508) (7 per diet). A control containing 0.70% pens) compared surfeit concentration. Measurements PHA-P 35 36; primary antibody SRBC d; alpha, beta, receptor (TCR)-1 (delta/gamma) Immunity birds titration equal diet. linear increasing obtained bursa, but quadratic noted other 2. Although feeding some criteria, it does not appear that marginal deficiency will compromise growing broilers.
