摘要: A magnetic solid-phase extraction (MSPE) procedure with a betaine-based ionic liquid (IL) coated 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES)–Fe3O4 grafted graphene oxide (GO) nanocomposite (Fe3O4/APTES/GO/IL) as adsorbent has been developed for protein extraction. series of environmentally friendly liquids (ILs) based on betaine and carboxylic acids have prepared, their structures confirmed by 1H nuclear resonance (1HNMR). Then the synthetic used to modify nanoparticles (Fe3O4/APTES/GO) form Fe3O4/APTES/GO/IL. The as-prepared Fe3O4/APTES/GO/IL extract bovine serum albumin (BSA). After extraction, concentration in supernatant was measured UV-vis spectrophotometry. Several significant factors that affect amount, such solution temperature, time, concentration, strength pH value, were investigated. Experimental results show amount could reach 139.1 mg g−1. advantages compared bare Fe3O4 Fe3O4/APTES/GO. Moreover, process from calf whole blood performed evaluate practical applicability proposed method.
