摘要: Stimulation of rabbit neutrophils by the chemotactic factors fMet-Leu-Phe and leukotriene B4, platelet activating factor, or arachidonic acid produces a rapid dose-dependent increase in amounts actin 65,000-mol-wt protein associated with cytoskeleton. Phorbol 12-myristate, 13-acetate, calcium ionophore A23187 presence absence EGTA, fluorescent chelator quin-2 also cause an cytoskeletal actin. The stimulated increases are not dependent on rise intracellular concentration free mediated pH activation kinase C. produced but phorbol inhibited high osmolarity. effect hyperosmolarity requires decrease cell volume, is basal calcium, prevented pretreating cells amiloride. Preincubation hyperosmotic solution inhibits degranulation all stimuli tested. inhibitory action osmolarity B4 induced stimulation discussed terms possibility that addition osmolarity, either directly through C, causes receptor uncoupling.
